Welcome to XUnifire.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for accessing and using the websites, applications, software, APIs, platforms, digital products, cloud services, professional services, content, and any other offerings owned or operated by XUnifire (collectively referred to as the "Services").

These Terms apply to all current and future Services provided by XUnifire unless a separate agreement or product-specific Terms of Service is provided.

By accessing or using any XUnifire Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Who Can Use Our Services

You may use our Services only if doing so is permitted under the laws that apply to you.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have permission to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Some Services may have minimum age requirements or additional eligibility requirements. Where applicable, those requirements will be clearly communicated within the specific Service.

2. Using Our Services Responsibly

We want everyone to have a safe and reliable experience while using XUnifire.

When using our Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Break any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, databases, APIs, or other users' accounts.
  • Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the normal operation or security of our Services.
  • Copy, modify, or attempt to discover the source code or internal workings of our software unless permitted by law.
  • Use our Services to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use our Services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.

If we reasonably believe that your use of our Services violates these Terms or creates a risk to XUnifire or other users, we may suspend or terminate your access.

3. Your Account

Some Services may require you to create an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Making sure the information you provide is accurate.
  • Updating your information when it changes.
  • All activities that take place under your account.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please notify us as soon as possible.

4. Content You Upload

Some Services allow you to upload files, text, images, documents, or other content ("User Content").

You continue to own the content you upload.

By uploading content, you give XUnifire permission to store, process, transmit, and use that content only as needed to provide the Service you requested.

For example:

  • Storing files you upload.
  • Processing files using our tools.
  • Sending your content to you or people you choose.
  • Displaying your content within your account.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You own the content or have permission to upload it.
  • The content does not violate any laws.
  • The content does not infringe another person's rights.
  • The content does not contain malicious software.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Ownership of Our Services

Everything that makes up our Services—including our software, designs, branding, logos, graphics, documentation, text, source code, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to XUnifire unless otherwise stated.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any part of our intellectual property.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

  • Copy our software or content.
  • Modify or create derivative versions of our software.
  • Sell, resell, or redistribute our Services.
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices.
  • Use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

6. Paid Services

Some XUnifire Services may require payment or subscription.

If you purchase a paid Service:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees.
  • Prices may change in the future, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
  • Any applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
  • Additional payment terms may be displayed before completing your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable after the Service has been delivered or activated.

Where refunds are available, the applicable refund policy for that Service will apply.

7. Availability of Our Services

We work hard to keep our Services available and reliable.

However, we cannot guarantee that our Services will always be available without interruption.

From time to time, we may:

  • Perform maintenance.
  • Release updates or improvements.
  • Add or remove features.
  • Change pricing.
  • Suspend or discontinue a Service.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will try to provide advance notice of planned maintenance or significant changes.

8. Third-Party Services

Some of our Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, software, APIs, or other services.

Those third-party services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies.

XUnifire is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party services.

We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Disclaimer

We work hard to provide reliable and secure Services, but we cannot promise that everything will always work perfectly.

Our Services are provided "as available", which means:

  • We do not guarantee that our Services will always be available.
  • We do not guarantee that our Services will always be free from errors or interruptions.
  • We cannot guarantee that every bug or issue will be fixed immediately.
  • We cannot guarantee that our Services will meet every user's individual needs or expectations.

You use our Services at your own discretion and understand that occasional issues, maintenance, or unexpected interruptions may occur.

11. Our Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XUnifire is not responsible for losses or damages that occur because:

  • You use our Services.
  • You are unable to access our Services.
  • Another user misuses our Services.
  • A third-party service or provider experiences problems.
  • Unexpected technical issues, security incidents, internet failures, or events beyond our reasonable control occur.

If the law determines that XUnifire is responsible for a claim related to a paid Service, our maximum responsibility will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

12. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use our Services.

If your actions:

  • Break these Terms,
  • Break the law,
  • Infringe another person's rights,

We may temporarily suspend or permanently end your access to some or all of our Services if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You misuse our Services.
  • Your activities create security, legal, or operational risks.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • A Service is discontinued.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will try to notify you before taking such action. However, immediate suspension may be necessary in situations involving security, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements.

14. Changes to Our Services

As XUnifire continues to grow, we may improve, update, replace, or discontinue parts of our Services.

This may include:

  • Adding new features.
  • Removing existing features.
  • Updating user interfaces.
  • Introducing new plans or pricing.
  • Launching replacement Services.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes when appropriate.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business operations, or legal requirements.

When we make important changes, we will publish the updated Terms on our website along with a revised Effective Date.

By continuing to use our Services after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any legal disputes relating to these Terms or our Services will be handled by the appropriate courts located in Gujarat, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. If Part of These Terms Becomes Invalid

If any section of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to a specific Service, form the complete agreement between you and XUnifire regarding your use of our Services.

If a specific Service has its own Terms or agreement, those additional terms will apply alongside these Terms. If there is a conflict, the product-specific terms will apply only for that Service.
